reward you for choosing our home and kitchen appliances.

By joining the Mayer Members program, you can earn points with every $30 spend on Mayer.sg or any Mayer Showrooms, which can be redeemed for discount vouchers or exclusive rewards. It's our way of saying thank you for your continued support!

What do I need to buy?
It's easy! Just purchase any Mayer or Mistral products from Mayer.sg or at
any Mayer showroom. For every $30 you spend, you'll earn 10 points.

How can I redeem my points for vouchers or rewards?
You can redeem your points for voucher or rewards via member portal

Do my points expire?
Points earned through the Mayer Members Program will expire one year
after the assessment period. We recommend checking your account
regularly to stay updated on point expiration.

Can I earn points for purchases made before joining the Mayer
Members Program?
Points can only be earned for purchases made after you've registered for
the Mayer Members Program

What rewards can I redeem with my points?
You can redeem a variety of rewards, including discount vouchers, free
products, exclusive merchandise, and other perks offered by Mayer.

Is there a fee to join the Mayer Members Program?

How can I upgrade to a different tier?

To upgrade to the Sous Chef tier, no minimum spend is required.

For the Executive Chef tier, a minimum spend of $2,500 is necessary.

To reach the Master Chef tier, you'll need to spend at least $5,000.

Do all tiers earn points at the same rate?

No, the Sous Chef tier earns 10 points for every $30 spent, the Executive Chef tier earns 15 points per $30 spent, and the Master Chef tier earns 20 points per $30 spent.

Will my membership be downgraded to a lower tier?

Yes, if you don't meet the minimum spending requirement during the assessment year, your membership will be downgraded to the corresponding tier. However, your points will remain in your account.

How long will it take to receive my reward points after a purchase?

For online purchases, points will be credited instantly.

For showroom purchases, points will be credited within the same business day.
